Medical Detection Dogs is at the forefront of medical research and healthcare innovation. The charity trains dogs to save lives using their powerful sense of smell. Once trained, they work as Bio Detection Dogs on ground-breaking research programmes, learning the odour of diseases such as cancer, Parkinson’s and E.coli, or as Medical Alert Assistance Dogs, supporting people with complex medical conditions by warning them when they are about to have a medical emergency. Medical Detection Dogs relies on donations to carry on with its life-saving work.

To register your team or find out more please contact Corporate Partnerships Manager, Charlotte Richardson, at charlotte.richardson@medicaldetectiondogs.org.uk or call on 07719 071731.

Charlotte says, “The key to early diagnosis of diseases that sadly affect us all in some way could lie in the paws of man’s best friend and our golf day is a great way for supporters to help us raise funds to train our life-saving dogs whilst playing a game they love. There will be pars, paws, putts and mutts at one of the most prestigious courses in the UK so please join us.”
