The product contains undeclared almonds (nuts) making it a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy.
The product is Tescos own 'Tesco White Fondant Icing'.
Tesco is recalling the product from customers and has contacted the relevant allergy support organisations, which will tell their members about the recall.
The company has also issued a recall notice to its customers.
The exact product's batch code is 21175 and is best before the end of September 2022.
