A new city mum and carer has launched a free website to support families navigating Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
"I’ve experienced firsthand how difficult and overwhelming it can be trying to find the right support for our children," said SENDBridge founder Tina Howard.
"I wanted to turn those experiences into something positive and create a place where families can find support services, useful resources, sensory activities, a community space and tools to help organise appointments and referrals."
The SENDBridge app will soon be available to download, too. It is currently being tested ahead of its official launch.
