Police seized a broken down car in Milton Keynes this weekend after discovering the driver should not have been behind the wheel.
On Saturday evening (16/1), Thames Valley Police's neighbourhood policing team discovered that a Ford Focus had broken down on a dual carriageway in Bletchley.
The officers decided to assist the driver, but soon realised that the person in question was breaking the law.
The vehicle was not insured, the driver did not have a driving license, and he had had a "little alcoholic drink".
"The driver found himself having a trip to police custody and his vehicle seized," the policing team said.
