12-year-old boy led from shopping centre and attacked.

Milton Keynes police are appealing for witnesses after a young boy was assaulted by ‘juveniles’ who attempted to take his mobile phone.

Officers would like to hear from witnesses or see any dash camera footage from around 4.45pm last Monday (21st July) between Central Milton Keynes Library and Milton Keynes Coroner's Court, North Eighth Street.

“The victim, a 12 year old boy, was led from Central Milton Keynes shopping centre to the offence location by a group of three juvenile males, who requested his phone and assaulted him,” said a police spokesperson. “The victim sustained physical injuries and his shirt was ripped.

“We are particularly interested in speaking to the owner of a Black VW Polo who stopped to assist the victim immediately following the incident.

“If you have any information, please make contact via 101 quoting reference 43250368307.”
