Partial Closure Order on Milton Keynes house

Police and council action after persistent drugs and noise complaints.

A Partial Closure Order was authorised this week on an address in Speedwell Place, Conniburrow.

High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court ordered the action following community complaints regarding anti‑social behaviour and drug‑related incidents.

The action follows a partnership approach by the Milton Keynes North Neighbourhood Policing Team and Milton Keynes City Council, responding to persistent reports of ongoing noise disturbances, harassment and intimidation of local residents, and drug‑related activity affecting the community

“We take all reports of anti‑social behaviour seriously, and we work closely with our partners to reduce the impact this has on our communities,” said a police spokesperson.

“Closure Orders are a vital tool that allow us to protect residents from ongoing disruption, restore peace and safety to the neighbourhood, and work with partners to support vulnerable individuals.

“We remain committed to making Milton Keynes a safer, stronger place to live,” said the spokesperson. “If you are experiencing anti‑social behaviour in your area, please report it so we can take action.”
