A CMK Neighbourhood Officer making a regular closure check on a property in North 10th Street yesterday found a male and female at the premises, who shouldn't have been.
Both were arrested, taken into custody, charged and remanded to attend Milton Keynes Magistrates Court this morning.
It wasn't the first time they had been arrested from the property for the same reason.
A police spokesperson said: “Closure orders are not optional. They are there to protect vulnerable residents and to stop anti-social behaviour in the local area.”
