Police officers attended Milton Keynes Magistrates' Court with MK City Council yesterday.
They successfully applied for two separate Closure Orders at addresses on The Hide, Netherfield and Colne, Tinkers Bridge.
The orders were sought following ongoing reports of anti-social behaviour and disorder associated with these properties.
The court has authorised both Closure Orders for a period of three months, prohibiting access to the addresses.
It means that access to the properties is restricted, and anyone entering without lawful authority may be committing an offence.
"We hope this action provides local residents with the reassurance and peace of mind they deserve after experiencing persistent issues linked to these addresses," said a police spokesperson.
"Thank you to everyone who has reported incidents and supported our enquiries. Community information plays a vital role in helping us take positive action and keep our neighbourhoods safe."
