The Parks Trust is inviting tenders from local hot food traders to operate their mobile unit at Linford Wood car park.
The Parks Trusts’ parks are popular with local people and visitors from further afield. It is expected that the hot food concession shall be open for trading daily throughout the calendar year, with exception of bank holidays, daily between 4.30pm-10.30pm
The selected trader will enter an 18-month agreement to sell hot food from a designated spot within the car park off Enfield Chase, V7 Saxon Street.
The Trust expects the successful trader to support environmental sustainability by using biodegradable and sustainable products and to maintain cleanliness in the trading area. Preference will be given to operators using an environmentally-friendly vehicle. The successful tender will be expected to trade for an initial 18 months from 1 October 2025.
