Award-winning leadership trainer Sue Garner has launched a new CPD-accredited e-learning course, Ethics and AI, designed to give employees and leaders the confidence to use artificial intelligence responsibly at work.
AI now sits behind everyday tools, from chatbots and recommendation engines to healthcare technology and automated decision-making. While the opportunities are significant, so are the ethical questions around fairness, transparency, privacy, accountability and human oversight. The new course tackles these head-on, using real-world applications and ethical dilemmas rather than theory alone.
Sue Garner, founder of Garner Training Solutions, said: "Most organisations are already using AI, whether they realise it or not. The risk isn't the technology itself, it's using it without asking the right questions. This course gives people a practical grounding in what AI is, where the pitfalls sit, and how to make sound decisions when there isn't an obvious right answer."
The interactive course runs for approximately 50 minutes across six modules, covering an introduction to AI, AI in the real world, case studies, putting AI ethics into practice, using AI responsibly in everyday tasks, and shaping the future of AI. On completion of all modules, learners receive a CPD certificate valid for one year.
Ethics and AI is available now at an introductory price of £27.00 (usually £37.50) at suegarner.co.uk/product/ethics-and-ai-e-learning-course.
