A kitchen and interiors company serving homeowners across Northamptonshire & Milton Keynes has been awarded Which? Trusted Trader status.
Parker Kitchens designs, manufactures and installs bespoke kitchens, bathrooms and fitted interiors from its Towcester workshop, was accepted onto the Which? Trusted Traders scheme earlier this month.
The endorsement gives local homeowners added reassurance when choosing a company for major home renovation projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and home offices.
Which? Trusted Traders is run by Which?, the UK consumer champion, and is designed to help people find businesses they can trust. As part of the process, Parker Kitchens was assessed on areas including business procedures, customer references, documentation, insurance, quotation processes and complaints handling. The company also had to show that it works in line with the Which? Trusted Traders Code of Conduct.
Parker Kitchens applied for Which? Trusted Trader status as part of its ongoing commitment to transparency and customer reassurance. The team wanted homeowners to be reassured that Parker Kitchens has been independently vetted to the high standards of Which?, who have a reputation for accepting only the highest quality product and service providers.
Darren Parker, founder of Parker Kitchens, said the endorsement was a proud moment for the whole team.
“We’re really proud to be listed as a Which? Trusted Trader. A kitchen or home renovation is a big decision for any customer, so trust matters from the very first conversation.
“People are not only choosing the finished room. They are choosing the team that will be working in their home, managing the project, coordinating trades and keeping everything on track.
“This endorsement recognises the standards we work to every day, from clear communication and careful planning to tidy working and quality workmanship. We hope it gives local customers even more confidence when choosing Parker Kitchens.”
The Which? Trusted Trader endorsement adds to Parker Kitchens’ existing credentials. The Towcester business is already a KBSA-approved retailer and has also been named a Best of Houzz 2026 Service Award winner, recognising its customer service within the home renovation sector. Its cabinetry and construction are backed by a 6-year workmanship warranty, giving homeowners further reassurance when planning a major project.
Based in Towcester, Parker Kitchens works with homeowners across Northamptonshire, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire and the surrounding areas. Unlike many kitchen retailers, the company makes its own bespoke cabinetry in-house and manages projects from initial design through to installation and handover.
Each project is planned around the customer’s home, with Parker Kitchens coordinating the different stages of work and keeping customers updated throughout the process.
The business has built its reputation on handmade cabinetry, properly managed installation and a calm, considered approach to home renovation. Its cabinetry and construction are covered by a 6-year workmanship warranty, with quality components used throughout, including Blum runners and hinges with a lifetime guarantee.
The Which? Trusted Trader endorsement adds another layer of reassurance for homeowners at a time when many people are being more careful about who they choose to carry out work in their homes.
