Springboard Leadership Development Ltd is a brand new training provider in Milton Keynes that focuses on preparing managers and emerging leaders for the role and responsibilities of being a leader.
Research has shown that significantly high numbers of managers are promoted into leadership roles because of their operational and/or technical skills. They have little or no formal training, knowledge or skills to deal with the responsibilities of leadership.
This deficit has a significant impact on the effectiveness of the new leader, their followers, the work environment and the productivity levels of the organisation. Springboard Leadership Development Ltd aims to address this deficit by offering affordable, high quality facilitation and training to the local business community of Milton Keynes.
We are passionate about Leadership Development, it is our super power having worked successfully with individuals and organisations for over 15 years. Our Owner/Managing Director has a background in Human Resource and Behavioural Risk Management both in the public and private sector. She also has first hand experience of the challenges business owners face in trying to create and sustain motivated and engaged employees due to poor or ineffective leadership.
As well providing the necessary underpinning knowledge, tools and techniques to equip managers and emerging leaders for their role, Springboard Leadership provides an inspiring and creative learning environment where learners can network, share problems and explore practical solutions.
