The leading Toyota and Lexus retailer in the UK, has announced the promotion of two members of staff.
Irfan Munir is now Senior Operations Director and Anwar Ahmed is Divisional Director, reinforcing the company’s promote-from-within culture and its commitment to developing talent.
Irfan joined Steven Eagell Group in 2004 as a Sales Executive, after which he progressed through several roles, including Sales Controller, Sales Manager, General Manager, Divisional Director and most recently, Operations Director.
Throughout his 22-year career with the business, he has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership, deep operational understanding and a strong commitment to delivering results while developing high-performing teams.
In his new role, Irfan will oversee the Group’s operational performance, while supporting a team of three Operations Directors and ensuring the continued delivery of high standards across the business.
Anwar joined Steven Eagell Group in 2014 as a Senior Sales Executive and has progressed through several key leadership roles, most recently serving as General Manager with responsibility for multiple sites.
As Divisional Director, Anwar will oversee the Group’s Toyota and Lexus Centres in Bedford, Cambridge, Hatfield, Northampton and St Ives. His promotion recognises his consistent track record of delivering strong operational performance, building successful teams and providing exceptional customer experiences.
These appointments come as Steven Eagell Group continues to strengthen its Employee Value Proposition (EVP), designed to enhance the colleague experience, support retention and attract the best talent within the automotive sector.
