The Milton Keynes office is the latest step in a period of rapid growth for Brookbanks.
In June, the business secured strategic investment from private equity firm CBPE. The investment will help Brookbanks grow faster through investment in its people, broader services and a wider regional presence.
Founded in 1997, Brookbanks supports major development and infrastructure projects across the UK, from planning through to delivery. It works in two ways:
- As project consultants, it provides specialist services in civil, structural, and mechanical and electrical engineering, environmental planning, highways, cost and commercial, and development management.
- As a Development Partner, it leads large strategic schemes such as new towns, garden villages and urban extensions.
Its clients include national housebuilders, SME developers, housing associations, land promoters, landowners and funders. Its work also extends into commercial, healthcare and education projects.
Ron joins Brookbanks as Group Director of Growth and Major Projects. In this new role he will drive the company’s strategic growth plans, lead its work on major projects and head up the Milton Keynes office.
Ron has spent his career in planning and development consultancy. He has led multi-disciplinary teams in Birmingham, Northampton and Cambridge and has delivered major growth schemes and community-focused developments. That record makes him well placed to build Brookbanks’ presence in Milton Keynes and the surrounding region.
