TATS proudly presents the very first Burt Bacharach Musical. This original production brings together some of his most music in a fresh and heartfelt story.

Set in London during the long, sun-soaked summer of 1976, the show follows the intertwining lives of three couples, each navigating the unpredictable terrain of love, relationships, and second chances.
At the centre is Alfie who is smooth-talking, restless, and quietly noncommittal. He is a habitual flirt who enjoys the freedom of his playboy lifestyle a little too much to settle down. Despite his girlfriend Charlotte’s hopes, Alfie’s reluctance to fully invest in the relationship may mean that he loses the girl of his dreams.
Meanwhile, married couple Charlie and Elaine find themselves at a crossroads, gently picking apart the distance that has grown between them and searching for a way back to one another. And then there’s Sharon and Mick, recently separated but far from finished, as they tentatively explore whether their story might still have another chapter.
Packed with humour, warmth, and the unmistakable magic of Bacharach’s music, It’s Time to Get Ready for Love is a light-hearted comedy that reminds us love is rarely simple, but always worth the journey.
The show contains strong language and adult themes throughout.
