A FREE weekly meeting in Milton Keynes to support ladies’ with their mental health. We offer a safe welcoming space for women to heal, grow & connect.
About the Group:
• Open to all women over the age of 18 looking for a supportive environment to talk about mental health challenges, build resilience, and improve their well-being.
•Every Tuesday, 6.30pm - 8.30pm
•Challenge House, Sherwood Drive, Bletchley, Milton Keynes MK3 6DP
•Group discussions, wellness workshops, guest speakers, and more.
We believe that together, we can create a community where women feel empowered, heard, and supported. If you know anyone who might benefit from this group or would like to participate yourself, we would love to have you join us.
