Business growth isn’t just about what happens in the office. Sometimes, the biggest opportunities to learn, grow and test yourself happen well outside your usual environment.

This September, the NXT LVL community is taking on Scafell Pike in the Lake District — England’s highest mountain, standing at over 3,200 feet.

It won’t be easy. The climb will test determination, resilience and the ability to keep putting one foot in front of the other when the going gets tough. There will be moments when the legs are tired, the weather changes and the summit feels further away than expected.

But that’s exactly the point.

At NXT LVL, we believe the qualities that help you succeed in business are the same qualities that help you tackle a challenge like this: showing up, pushing beyond your comfort zone, supporting the people around you and staying focused on the goal.

And just like in business, you don’t have to climb alone. Taking on a challenge as part of the NXT LVL community is about encouraging each other, sharing the highs and lows, and celebrating the achievement together when we reach the top.
