Milton Keynes medical herbalist Suzann Elsahen is running an online first aid webinar on Monday 11 May, aimed at anyone who spends time outdoors, travels in summer, or wants to know what to do when something goes wrong away from home.
The one-hour session covers herbal approaches to cuts and wounds, bites and stings, burns and sunburn, heat exhaustion, tummy upsets, summer colds and UTIs.
Suzann teaches participants which plants growing in UK parks and verges can be used immediately in the field, what to pack in a herbal first aid kit, and what to do in practical terms for each scenario.
