As the days get lighter and the weather starts to warm up, it’s the perfect time to get moving and enjoy the outdoors 🌷☀️

Starting this spring and running through summer, Milton Keynes City Council's Transport Team are offering free women’s cycling sessions in Milton Keynes, created to help women of all abilities feel confident, comfortable, and happy on a bike – whether you’re a complete beginner or just a little rusty.

These friendly and supportive sessions focus on:
• Building confidence on a bike
• Developing everyday cycling skills
• Riding safely and comfortably around Milton Keynes
• Enjoying cycling at your own pace with other local women

✅ All sessions are delivered by fully qualified, all female instructors, creating a relaxed and welcoming environment where you can learn, ask questions, and grow in confidence.

Bikes and helmets can be provided if needed, and best of all – the sessions are completely free. Just bring yourself and enjoy cycling through the brighter months ahead.
