Harry's Rainbow

Harry’s Rainbow have been supporting bereaved children in Milton Keynes for 15 years.
Statistics show that 1 in 29 children, age 5-16 years has been bereaved of a parent or sibling. That is approximately one chid in every class. Since Harry's Rainbow was conceived in 2011, we are proud to say that we have supported over 100 children and young people and we hope to support even more over the next 15 years!
We aim to give bereaved children a brighter tomorrow by providing range of bereavement support services. These include support groups, activities, trips, and short breaks, as well as key information and guidance through our social networking sites, website and podcast.
All services aim to promote wellbeing, build confidence and self-esteem and reduce the feeling of isolation and loneliness, by facilitating contact with others who have also suffered a bereavement. Created from personal experience and designed to be child centric Harry's Rainbow considers the whole family, ensuring that parents and care givers are involved and also supported as a result.
